The Belslice Press Slicer is the ideal solution for precise horizontal cutting of sponge cakes, ensuring a perfect cutting result every time. This stainless steel slicer features quick-change height adjustable cutting blades, accommodating up to 5 blades with adjustable heights of 10 mm, 15 mm, or 20 mm. With a speed of about 20 big cakes per minute and about 40 small cakes per minute (maximum diameter of 220 mm), the Belslice Press Slicer enhances the efficiency of your production process. Operating on 220 V monophase power and 50/60 Hz with 0.5 kW, its durable stainless steel construction guarantees lasting performance and easy maintenance.
