Payment Terms:

Upon submitting the checkout form on our website, your order request will be sent to our dedicated Beldos USA team. Within 48 hours, we will email you a meticulously prepared invoice that includes the shipping cost based on the final contents of your order. To ensure a smooth and secure transaction, you can easily pay using a credit card directly from the emailed invoice. Once the payment has been processed, our team will promptly package and ship your order, ensuring that you receive your items in a timely manner.

Freight and shipping charges:

Our shipping policy at Beldos USA is designed to provide a smooth and efficient delivery experience. We have a standard 3-day processing time for all orders, after which we ship items using USPS Priority shipping. Please contact us if a different shipping method is preferred. USPS Priority offers the benefit of tracking, allowing you to easily monitor your orders progress. Furthermore, USPS Priority ensures delivery within 1-3 business days, so you can expect to receive your items promptly.

Returns and Exchanges:

Please note that some returns may be subject to a restocking charge. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused and in their original packaging. We regret to inform you that specially configured products are not eligible for a return, as they are tailored to your unique requirements. Warranty:

Goods manufactured by Beldos have a warranty to the original client against defects in material and workmanship for a period of 12 months from the date of delivery. This warranty covers defective parts only. Defects shall always be reported immediately by e-mail to Beldos USA, requesting an RMA-number. The buyer shall ship the broken part to Beldos USA for inspection. If the part proves to be defective in material or workmanship, Beldos USA will ship a new part free of charge
