The BELCON DEPOSITOR / FILLING MACHINE is a versatile, volumetric stainless steel depositor designed specifically for production lines. Mounted on a mobile, heavy-duty frame that is manually adjustable in height for optimal operation, the Belcon Depositor is perfect for a wide range of applications, including depositing cake batter, muffins, jam, jelly, fruit filling, cream, mousse, meringue, ice-cream, yogurt, soup, sauce, mashed potatoes, minced meat, and salad, as well as injecting éclairs, Berliners, and profiteroles, and decorating pastries. The Belcon Depositor is available in three models: Belcon 275, Belcon 670, and Belcon 1340. All models have no electricity requirements and operate on air power, with the Belcon 275 requiring 29 l/min at 30 deposits/min, the Belcon 670 requiring 121 l/min at 30 deposits/min, and the Belcon 1340 requiring 219 l/min at 30 deposits/min, all at 7 Bar / 102 PSI. All models offer speeds of up to 120 deposits/min, with deposit ranges of 5-275 ml for the Belcon 275, 5-670 ml for the Belcon 670, and 5-1340 ml for the Belcon 1340. The hoppers are available in 18, 25, and 60-liter capacities, and the entire machine is constructed from durable stainless steel.
