The Belgun Depositor / Filling Machine is a versatile, volumetric stainless steel depositor designed specifically for use with a handgun nozzle and optional attachments, allowing for depositing, injection, layering, and decoration. Mounted on a low, non-adjustable height frame, it ensures easy filling of the hopper. The Belgun Depositor is perfect for a variety of applications, including depositing cake batter, muffins, jam, jelly, fruit filling, cream, mousse, meringue, yogurt, soup, sauce, mashed potatoes, minced meat, and salad, as well as injecting Berliners and profiteroles and decorating pastries. Available in two models, the Belgun 275 and 670, both have power requirements of air at 29 l/min and 121 l/min at 30 deposits/min, respectively, with 7 Bar / 102 PSI viscosities and no electricity needed. Both models offer speeds of up to 120 deposits/min and deposit ranges of 5-275 ml for the Belgun 275 and 5-670 ml for the Belgun 670. The hoppers are available in 18, 25, and 60-liter capacities, and the entire machine is constructed from durable stainless steel.
